1. General Conditions

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your place of residence, or that you are using the website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. Products & Availability

All products displayed on our website are subject to availability. We make every effort to display product details, descriptions, and images accurately; however, slight variations in color, finish, or detailing may occur due to lighting, photography, or screen settings.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices listed on the website are in INR and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to change prices, offers, or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a partial payment is required at checkout to confirm the order.
⚠️ This partial payment is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances, including order refusal or non-acceptance at delivery.

4. Order Processing & Shipping

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery timelines typically range between 3–10 business days, depending on the shipping address and courier partner.

Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via email. While we strive for timely delivery, Sonaaz is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, customs, natural events, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
For COD orders, the partial payment remains non-refundable, even if the order is cancelled or refused.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges (if applicable) are subject to our Returns & Exchange Policy, available on the website. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition to be eligible.

Custom-made, personalized, or discounted items may not be eligible for return or exchange unless damaged or defective upon arrival.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, logos, designs, text, and graphics, is the property of Sonaaz and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Sonaaz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our liability, if any, shall not exceed the value of the product purchased.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information while placing an order. Any misuse of the website, fraudulent activity, or violation of these terms may result in account suspension or legal action.
