Refund policy

1. Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. However, due to the nature of jewellery and hygiene standards, we do not accept returns on jewellery that has been worn, used, tampered with, or damaged after delivery — under any circumstances.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
  • The return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Any damage, defect, quality concern, or dissatisfaction with the product must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Damaged, Incorrect, Quality, or Dissatisfaction Concerns

If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or you're simply not happy with it, contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item
  • An unboxing video

Requests raised after this 48-hour window will not be eligible for review, including dissatisfaction-based requests. As above, jewellery that has been worn, used, or altered cannot be returned regardless of when the request is made.

2. Refunds

Refunds apply only when:

  • The item is confirmed damaged, defective, or incorrect,
  • The return is approved on the basis of customer dissatisfaction reported within 48 hours, or
  • Sonaaz cancels an order due to unforeseen circumstances

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

⚠️ Partial payments made on Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are strictly non-refundable, including in cases of order refusal, non-acceptance, or failed delivery attempts.
